Normal measurements salt intake increases the secretion of salivary glands and stomach glands. This leads to hunger and digestion.

When the stomach aches due to stomach ulcer drinking salt water will relieve the pain immediately.


  • Sore mouth, sore throat and toothache

When water boils, mix a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water. Then in normal temperature gargling this water.


  • Relieve the dizziness

two pieces of salt in a teaspoon of water and if do snif, relive dizziness person clear mental issues. rock salt is better.


  • Reducing vomiting tendency
