Ingredients
- Gooseberries - 1/2kg
- Honey - 200 gram
- Jaggery - 1/2
- Cardamom - 4 nos
- Cloves - 4 nos
- Cinnamon - small piece
- lemon - half portion
Method of preparation
- wash and strain then change to a dry place
- take steamer and gooseberries all are put into this
- Flame on steamer place into stove top. wait for 5 minute steaming
- this time take pot and put Jaggery. stir until dissolve
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves mixed powder
- add our main ingredient goosberry into this pot and stir well, flame off
- Kepp asaid for cool. after change to glass bottle and add honey then mix. must sure glass bottle tightly close
Taste enjoyed after 3 or 4 days.
