Healthy Vegetable Mayonnaise, Recipe

Recently, see a news about poison incident and hotel association take a decision about raw egg mayonnaise will not be served. The egg mayonnaise banned across Kerala in India. In this situation must need learn about healthy vegetable mayonnaise or pasturized egg mayonnaise.

Preparation stage of 4 flavour mayonnaise described below. All flavours are easy to make and ingredients are easily available at home. I have no idea about eggless mayonnaise. But I have learned how to make the perfect vegitable mayonnaise and am share with you.

Vegetable Mayonnaises:

1. Eggless Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2cup
  • Oil - 1/2Cup sunflower oil
  • Lemon - piece of lemon juice 
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 nos
  • Pepper - for spices 
  • Sugar - 1tsp

Method of Preparation:

  1. take blender and add milk, oil and to the blender and blend for 10 seconds on high speed.
  2. Add other all ingredients and blend and stop.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds a time for 7-8 times, feel loose consistency, add 3-4 T-spoon oil stop consistency until the thickens.
  4. mayonnaise change to a airtight container or serve in to a bowl.

2. Chilli Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2cup
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1/2tsp
  • Garlic - 2 nos 
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1tbsp

Chilli mayonnaise recipe is same above eggless mayonise. blend until thickness after take into a bowl, then add chilli flakes and add tomato sauce. Mix well until together with mayonnaise. now change colour to red.

3. Spicy Healthy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 1/2  cup
  • Lemon - 1/2 portion of lemon juice 
  • Salt - 1/2teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2nos
  • Coriander leaves - some in hand ( your choice) 
  • Mint leaves - your choice 
  • Ginger - small piece

Same above steps after ready eggless mayonnaise Then take mixi and add some mint leaves, coriander leaves and small piece of ginger. blend well together all ingredients. now ready green paste. one teaspoon paste put into a bowl mayonnaise and mix well.

4. Cashew mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Cashew - 25 nos
  • Salt - tsp 1/2
  • Sugar - 1tsp 
  • Lemon - half portion of lemon juice 
  • Garlic - 2 nos
  • Pepper powder - for spicy

Methods of preparation:

Firstly take cashew and soak 30 minute in water. Soak after cashew, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper powder put into blender. blend well, now ready fine paste cashew mayonnaise. it is very tasty and healthy.

Above all mayonnaise are very tasty and healthy. Veg mayonnaise preparation is quick and it is fabulous taste. First  some steps have to be followed strictly for good consistency, that only get good results. It effortless and home made without any preservatives. so, it's very healthy. Mayonnaise add with any Starters, salad, Burgers, Rolls, sandwich shavarma, pasta, rice, a lot more things.
