Fenugreek is another one remedy for period pain. It is difficult to drink, because it’s taste. Take some fenugreek and wash well. Take some water add this Fenugreek and 2 garlic. boiled well, after warm drink it.

  • Heating pads

Heating pads one remedy for relieves from pain. heating pads or warm water bottle placed on your abdomen. It can more relax from pain. Heat through helps in proper blood circulation in the abdomen area and relief pain.

  • Brindleberry

Take 3 glass water in a pot and place on the stove top. When boiling well, one brindleberry aril put on water. 2 or 3 minutes boil well. Drink a glass with little warm immediately in menses time. drink one glass every hour. We can feel a positive change in just one drink. Only drink at a later time if needed.

Massage with essential oil on the abdomen. Best one oil is coconut pure oil, other like oils are cloves oil, lavender, cinnamon and rose. This massage oil through get maximum relax from cramps pain. Massage long time and slowly lead to more effect.
