5 Home Remedies for Dry Skin

Dry skin (xerosis) is a common condition. This causes are different. Normally we are seeing dry skin caused because environmental factors that remove moisture from the skin. Then, the skin loses moisture fast and dehydrated skin, this condition lead to the skin flaking itching, and creating a rough texture.

Common causes for dry skin are hot shower,Harsh cleaning products,Vitamin or mineral deficiencies,Living in cold place ,Working in wet conditions,Taking certain medications. Some people are naturally predisposed to having dry skin due to genetic factors.

If you follow a good skin care routine, you may not need to see a dermatologist for soothe dry skin. You know about this problem is complicat or it not get correct result from home remedies that time ,you don't take risk must consult a dermatologist. Some home remedies are: 

1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a best one remedy for dry skin. Coconut oil can creating a smooth skin. coconut oil can use daily on the dried areas of the body. coconut oil have lots of advantages. main one is that you don’t need to mix it with anything.

Massage coconut oil to dry areas of the skin before bed and leave it on overnight. The next day, wash it with lukewarm water.

2. Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil can improve the hydration in the skin. It is a natural oil for dry skin.

Olive oil also same too sunflower oil. Both are give good results.

3. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is common using one. It was using medicine in centuries and works it. Oatmeal contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. it can cure the irritation of the skin.

Add a cup of oatmeal to a warm and soak for 15-20 minutes. Oatmeal bath soothe the skin problems. Powdered or cream texture all are helpful to you.

4. Aloe Vera

It is super remedy for dry skin. Apply aloe Vera gel in dry skin affected area. People mainly apply in night time. It helps to good results, because more time it rest.

To use aloe vera, extract the gel from the plant by cutting off one of the outermost leaves, and carefully peeling the skin. This will get slabs of clear aloe vera gel that can be applied directly to the skin.

5. Honey

Honey to be good beneficial for skin diseases. It contains moisturising anti inflammatory. It is pure natural and very helpful to our dry skin.
