Sore throat is a very uncomfortable condition. The main difficulties are pain, itchiness and swallowing. A sore throat reasons are the lack of body’s immunity power or viral and bacterial infections.

It is painful and may disturb you from good night’s sleep. Some home remedies may help ease pain and irritation. The remedies are discussed below. It may help you cure mild or typical sore throat. If you have a severe sore throat and more difficulties, you don't wait for another one. Take an appointment for a doctor and discuss your symptoms.

When you have sore throat, you feel more tired and you cannot eating food. so, you must take action in starting time.

1. Honey

Honey is a good resulting one. Honey can consume own or mixed with other items like lemon. Honey contains anti inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial effects. 

Honey is a sweet taste and all are like this remedy than other medicines. It consume only small quantity. It has soothe mild sore throat and get pain relief from irritations. However, children under the age of one should avoid honey.

2. Salt water

Salt water is a well known one remedy. salt water gargling helps to get rid of a sore throat. It can give good relaxation and reduce bacteria in the throat. 

Take one glass warm water then add 1 tsp salt. If you try saltwater gargling at least once a hour, you can feel reduce pain and keep the throat clear.

3. Steam

It has lots of benefits. It gives refreshments.It may helps to reduce soothe mild sore throat. How do this? It's easy way to pain relief .

Take a bowl then add boiled water. Drape a cloth over your head and breathe normally, allowing the steam to enter through your mouth and nose. Do this for 10 minutes don't exceed 15 minutes. You may need more , trying it 3 time daily .You don't put other ingredients in steaming water only use normal water.

4. Peppermint 

Peppermint tea is a refreshing drink. It contains antiinflammatory and antibacterial properties. It also helps to mucus, cough and sore throat. Peppermint tea can easily make in our home.

Place some dried peppermint leaves in boiled water and let the mixture sit for a few minutes. After a few minutes later strain the tea and allow it to cool slightly.

5. Lemon water 

It is a refreshing drink.It may helps to reduce throat pain. Lemon contains antioxidants and high quantity vitamin c. Some combinations are get good results. there are warm water with lemon and lemon with salt or honey.

6. Ginger tea

It may helps to relieves from throat pain. Ginger tea can easily make. It is only simple stages. When you have sore throat, are you feel tried?

Ginger tea is easily available in every where. people can make in our own home using with fresh ginger.

Take a piece peeled ginger and grate it into a small bowl. Then boil one glass water and add ginger pieces. Let it steep for 15 minutes. if you need sweetener,you add some sugar.
