How to make healthy mutton soup?
Ingredients :
Mutton bones-300g
Shallot peeled- 6nos
Tomato-1/2
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Green chilli -2nos
Bay leaf -2nos
Cardamom- 2
Cinnamon -small piece
Clove -3nos
Cumin seed -1/2 teaspoon
Salt -1/2teaspoon
Curry leaves and chopped mint - one hand
Method:
Take a pressure cooker and wash well all ingredients. Then put all ingredients to cooker after six or seven vessel, flam off. All muttons preparation time is different. so,that is your need. Take another pan and pour 2teaspoon ghee , 2 or 3 shallot pieces , curry leaves and mint leaves. then pour into pressure cooker. Now ready healthy mutton soup.
