Cumin porridge or jeeraka kanji is healthy and tasty. Porridge have different types. I already described fenugreek porridge. Cumin have lots of benefits. So, this porridge through get it's health benefits. We have to try include in our diet. Cumin porridge is a easiest meal. Take only few minutes and get good healthy one. Firstly,I tried in postpartum period  husband's house. I think, it is super item and my family described about this health benefits. It is best to breast feeding woman for increase breast milk.

Staple item in ramadan period. It will give super energy to body. I Will feel, this energy get from yesterday's jeeraka kanji. My mom would prepare in every ramadan. It need only some time and items.

Recipe of jeeraka kanji or cumin porridge 

How to make?

Ingredients:

Broken or normal rice- 1 cup

Coconut- 1/2 cup

Shallots - 3 

Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Water- 2 1/2cup

Cumin - 1tsp

Method:

Take washed rice, fenugreek and turmeric, put into a pressure cooker. Then add 2 cup water and fenugreek. Close the pressure cooker and wait for one vessel ,all rices are different boiling time. It need only some steps. So, next stage is grinding some. Take a mixi jar, put all other ingredients and 1/2 cup water. Grind well until fine past. Last stage is open pressure cooker and pour this paste,stir until mix. When boiling time flame off. Now ready.. our healthy meal.
